FORM

Monday · Level: Intermediate → Advanced

FORM is a strength-based Pilates class designed to tone and shape the body through controlled resistance. Using props to guide alignment and deepen engagement, you’ll build strength gradually and intelligently.

Expect slow, intentional movement and a strong full-body connection — FORM is challenging in the most mindful way.

Posture · Balance

ALIGN

Tuesday · Level: Intermediate → Advanced

ALIGN focuses on posture, balance, and the small stabilising muscles that support healthy movement. Using the Pilates ball, this class refines muscle control and corrects imbalances.

Expect steady burn, precision, gentle challenge, and a noticeable improvement in how your body feels and functions. ALIGN is thoughtful and deeply effective.

High Energy · Burn

SPICY

Wednesday · Level: Intermediate → Advanced

SPICY is the playful burn. Using gliders and the beam, this class challenges strength, stability, and coordination while keeping the energy high.

Expect pulses, holds, lengthened lines, and that delicious deep burn. Fun, fiery, and energising — SPICY leaves you feeling powerful and awakened.

Rhythm · Sequencing

FLOW

Thursday · Level: Intermediate → Advanced

FLOW connects movement and breath into seamless, continuous sequences. Expect thoughtful transitions, grounding rhythm, and heat that builds gradually.

Using the elastic band for controlled extension and the foam roller for release and balance, FLOW feels smooth, meditative, and strengthening — movement that works with your body, not against it.

Warm Room · Full Body

HEAT

Thursday · Level: Intermediate → Advanced

HEAT is a warm-room Pilates class designed to deepen mobility, build lean muscle, and strengthen your core while deepening mind-body connection. The heat supports deeper stretch, improved circulation, detoxification, and heightened awareness.

Room Temp: approx. 30–32°C

Who This Class Is Not Suitable For

  • History of fainting, dizziness, low blood pressure, or heat intolerance
  • Cardiovascular or respiratory conditions
  • Feeling unwell on the day of class
  • Vertigo or heat-triggered migraines

If unsure, clients should consult a healthcare provider before attending.

Before Class

  • Hydrate throughout the day
  • Avoid heavy meals 1–1.5 hours before
  • Bring a full water bottle
  • Bring a towel

During Class

  • Take breaks when needed
  • Move slowly when changing positions
  • Notify the instructor if feeling unwell
  • Step outside if overheated

Hydration is essential — before, during, and after class.

PULSE

PULSE goes deep. This class uses micro-movements, holds, and slow repetition to fire up the smaller muscle groups that create tone and endurance.

Using the triangle weight ring and resistance band, you’ll feel precise activation and a controlled burn. Quiet intensity, strong results.

Centre · Stability

CORE

Saturday · Level: Intermediate → Advanced

CORE focuses on the centre of the body — deep abdominals, pelvic floor, obliques, and inner thighs. Using the Pilates Magic Ring for controlled resistance, this class builds strength from the inside out.

Rooted, strong, and stabilising — CORE leaves you feeling aligned, centred, and supported.

Restorative · Pop-Up

ESSENCE

Sunday · Level: Mixed

ESSENCE is your reset — a slow, grounding restorative session designed to soften tension, lengthen muscles, and calm the nervous system.

Expect gentle stretching, mindful breathwork, and a full-body exhale. Scheduled occasionally and announced in advance — the perfect end-of-week ritual.
