1. Health & Safety
For the wellbeing and safety of all clients, participants are expected to follow the guidance and instructions given during each class. Any discomfort, pain, or concerns should be communicated to the instructor straight away so adjustments can be made if needed.
By attending classes, participants acknowledge that they are in suitable physical condition to take part in Pilates and that no health issues, injuries, or conditions are present which would make participation unsafe. Attendance is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. The instructor cannot be held responsible for any injuries or complications that may occur during or as a result of participation.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Our classes are designed to support safe movement and wellbeing, but they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are recovering from an injury, have a medical condition, or experience pain while exercising, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning or modifying any session.
Participation is at your own risk, and our services are intended to complement – not replace – the care provided by medical professionals.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including instructor illness or events outside our control. In such cases, clients will be notified as early as possible.
4. Payments
Payments for classes, sessions, or memberships must be made in full at the time of booking. All purchases are non-transferable.
5. Liability
By participating in any class, clients accept full responsibility for their own health, safety, and wellbeing. The Pilates Space is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during sessions or while using the studio facilities.
