Packs are structured to help maintain consistent practice, which is essential for progression in Pilates. Additionally, class numbers are limited to ensure personal guidance.

For this reason, packs are considered active and time-bound from the date of purchase. Extensions are not offered except in rare cases of medical necessity and must be requested before sessions expire.

You are very welcome here. We offer Beginner classes specifically designed to introduce the fundamentals of Pilates, teach proper technique, and build confidence and body awareness.

When you feel ready and your strength and coordination have developed, you can gradually transition into our Progression classes.

We’ll guide you through this process, ensuring you move forward safely and comfortably at your own pace.
Please let us know before your session so we can adjust exercises safely and appropriately. Pilates can be highly supportive in injury recovery and prevention, but guidance is essential.
If you inform us in advance of an injury or pre-planned travel, we may be able to make a reasonable accommodation. This is assessed case-by-case and cannot be guaranteed.

If no notice is given, unused sessions cannot be replaced.
Please arrive on time. Warm-up is essential for safe practice and joining late may disrupt the flow of the class.

For safety reasons, you may not be able to join once class has started.
Please arrive 5–7 minutes before class to settle in and start on time. Late entry may not be possible once the warm-up begins, for safety and flow.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows movement and lets the instructor see alignment for proper correction. Avoid loose clothing or hoodies, as they can interfere with equipment.
Please bring a water bottle, a towel, and grip socks for hygiene and safety. All Pilates equipment and the mat are provided in the studio.
Classes can be swapped on the same day, depending on availability.

However, if you cancel within the 12-hour window before your booked session, the class cannot be swapped or moved to a different day and will be deducted from your pack.

This policy helps keep scheduling fair and manageable for everyone, as spaces are limited.
